Just north of LAX at 89th and Sepulveda Blvd.
north of Manchester, between La Tjiera & Westchester Pkwy

Going South on the 405
Exit Howard Hughes Pkwy/Sepulveda
Turn Right onto Howard Hughes
Turn Left on Sepulveda
Pass Manchester

Going North on the 405
Take 105 Fwy West toward El Segundo
Exit Sepulveda North toward LAX
Merge onto South Sepulveda

PARKING OPTIONS

NOTE: the front doors of the building are LOCKED after 5pm and on weekends. You must enter the building through the Courtyard behind the building when the front doors are locked.

1.   Ralph’s Shopping Center next door: 2 hours free parking. Enter the building through the courtyard behind the building. We are in the north tower on your left.

2.   Street parking in FRONT of the building during regular business hours: one hour limit (careful, they will ticket!). Remember, front doors are locked after business hours and on weekends.

3.   Street parking in BACK of the building: no time restraints. Go one block over, behind the building and park on Sepulveda Prkwy.  Walk straight through the covered parking structure into the Courtyard of the building.  We are in the tower on your left.

4.   Covered Parking Structure behind the building: enter from Sepulveda Prkwy: $3 per hour (free after 7pm and on weekends).

Suite 215 of the 8929 Building
Take the elevator to the second floor.
Once you exit the elevator, Suite 215 is the very first office to the left in the hallway.
